RETURN REQUEST SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the item being marked as delivered to the shipping address.  

 

ITEM RETURN DEADLINE

Item must be returned within 30 days of when the order was received (marked as delivered). Item must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was delivered. Once returned item is received by Blue Legacy Pools, the refund will be processed and sent to the original payment method used to purchase the product.

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL RESPONSIBILITY

The buyer will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. Blue Legacy Pools can provide purchase options for shipping labels (if preferred). If purchasing a shipping label through Blue Legacy Pools, the label will be sent to the email address provided on your order information and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount. 

If item was damaged, defective or different than the listed item upon delivery, a free return shipping label will be sent to the email address on the order information. Pictures are required.

INELIGIBLE RETURN ITEMS

• Any item(s) that has been used, or damaged due to improper care/handling will not be eligible for return.

• Pool services are not eligible for refunds or returns.
